Time
At Serendipity Nails & Spa, we value our customers’ time and technicians’ services. We understand that time is limited within everyone’s busy schedules. Therefore, ask that you notify us ahead of time if your appointment is on a time restraint so we may adjust accordingly or reschedule to provide you the best full experience. Please call us 24 hours prior to your next appointment when cancelling to allow space for future clients to book your allotted time or use our online booking site to do so. We also ask that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment, especially when on a time restraint as we cannot guarantee full or any service with late arrivals. If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we may open your allotted time to another possible client. Failure to reach out about any appointment changes/late arrivals will result in losing your appointment as we must consider our technician’s schedules too. This will reduce wasting our technician’s time and bring opportunities for others to be serviced instead. We apologize in advance if any of our technicians are all occupied at the start of your appointment as many of our services do not have a guaranteed time frame as it is all estimated/averaged.
If you have recently gotten a service done by one of our technicians and noticed early chipping or other issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your name, the date and time of your last appointment and pictures. The best and preferred way of contact would be coming to our salon during our business hours so we can have a better examination of your nails to determine what is the next best course of action. Other contact methods include calling (860)454-7420 during our business hours or emailing at serendipityvernon@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee any degree of compensation to those who notify us over 2 days after the last appointment as variables from your schedule may be the cause of damage than our service alone. We will also not provide any compensation to those who are serviced at a separate business and are seeking free fixes by us as it was not our technicians that assisted you prior and those who do not provide pictures/come in person for us to view the issue/notifies us about a week or two after your last appointment. We apologize in advance for any mistakes made at the time of your appointment as we always strive to provide you the best service each time.
Refunds are not available for gift cards. All sales are final. You must also have your gift card with you to use it at the time of your appointment or know the numbers found at the back of the card for us to look it up, but we cannot issue you a new one if it is lost, damaged or not found in our records. We are not responsible for lost or damaged cards.
We understand that our prices may not be for everyone. However, we stand by our price decision as we value our technicians’ time and efforts during each service. At Serendipity Nails & Spa, we pledge to provide you a relaxing experience reflected by our atmosphere, service and decor. Our technicians are also well trained and experienced in the field, therefore we believe in their skills to allow you to feel comfortable and leaving fulfilled. Our products are all quality and professional grade, with many of our polishes being vegan and cruelty free. Our prices reflect all of these variables and more.
