Head spa is a hair service focused on the treatment of the scalp. Our service includes the massaging of your head, neck, shoulders (and occasionally the arms.) We offer shampoo and conditioning as well as three different treatments to choose from that are included in your service: Hair & Scalp Detox, Scalp Therapy, and Curl Hydration.

During our call, we will be asking the following:

• Are you or your party prone to seizures, have difficulty getting out of bed on your own, have sensitivity or any recent surgeries done on your head, neck and shoulders? If you or your party answer yes to any of the following, we recommend not partaking in this service as you will be laid flat on a bed, and we will be moving and massaging your head, neck and shoulders frequently.

• Is there anything we should know before your appointment? If there is a specific part of your body that you are sensitive to or need additional pillows or blankets to accommodate you, please let us know so we can prepare ahead of time.

• What treatment would you like us to use, and would you like to add our facial mask treatment for an additional $10? Knowing ahead of time helps reduce time wasted on your booked appointment and helps us prepare ahead of time.

We provide secured locker rooms for your personal belongings but recommend that any valuable jewelry be kept at home. We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

Please be on time or 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. We will reduce time if you are late. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment for any reason, please give us a call ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
