8. I arrived late to my appointment, why was I not given service? I broke my nail a week after my last appointment; can you fix it for free? Your prices are higher than others I have been to, why?

Please read our policies under Our Policy page (click the underlined text.) For a brief summary, late arrivals are not guaranteed full service if we have other clients in our schedule to provide services to, we cannot provide compensation to anyone who asks for a free service a week after their last appointment, and we stand by our price decision as it reflects the quality and work we put into our salon. Thank you for understanding.

9. If I pay for my service in cash, will I be exempt from paying tax?

No. It is CT law to tax all services we offer. You may refer to this website to view the law regarding the Sales & Use Tax.
